Firmly Rooted in Biblical Truth
​Scripture often speaks of planting and growth to reflect God’s work in our lives. Psalm 92:12-15 declares: "The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon; planted in the house of the Lord, they will flourish in the courts of our God. They will still bear fruit in old age, they will stay fresh and green, proclaiming, 'The Lord is upright; He is my Rock, and there is no wickedness in Him.'"

Meet Our Pastor
Charles "Gibby" Gibson - Pastor Gibby - grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where his passion for learning and service began. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh, specializing in Biology and Neuroscience. His academic journey continued as he pursued a master of Science in Environmental-Occupational Health and Toxicology from Pitt's Graduate School of Public Health, equipping him with a deep understanding of science and human health.

Before stepping into ministry, Gibby dedicated himself to law enforcement, serving as a Deputy Sheriff with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office in Tampa, Florida. His expertise as a D.U.I. Investigator and Drug Recognition Expert allowed him to serve his community with integrity and vigilance. However, through God's leading, he felt the undeniable call to ministry.

Following God's direction, Gibby pursued theological training, earning his Master of Divinity Degree with a concentration in Biblical Studies from Liberty University School of Divinity, graduating with High Distinction in December 2017. He passionately proclaims the truth of God's relentless love and pursuit of every person, echoing 1 Timothy 2:4 [God] wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.

Pastor Gibby is committed to biblical teaching, gospel-centered discipleship, and serving others with grace and truth. His journey reflects the transformative power of God's calling, and he is honored to lead others into discovering Jesus, growing in faith, and living out the gospel in their everyday life.

Beyond ministry, Pastor Gibby cherishes his role as a husband and father. He and his wife Kathy are blessed with three wonderful daughters, Veronica, Emma, and Elizabeth, and their beloved two dogs and two cats complete their family.
